Two levels of FREC awards are available, independently, for those who do not require the technical and practical elements of the Casualty Management in Specialist Rescue course.

The courses have been designed to equip learners with the skills, knowledge and confidence to help others. This qualification has been developed by the NHS Ambulance Services and is clinically endorsed by the Faculty of Pre-hospital care. Basic and intermediate certificates are valid for 3 years.
